From january 2010 we have a new Ning (social network) which is designed to facilitate communication - seems to have all the advantages of email and fora without the disadvantages of either: it's a good tool that is proving very popular in the Transition Movement so we're trying it out.

 

Please go to http://permainst.ning.com and create your profile, then enter any of the groups which might be relevant for you, or create some new ones if you like.

 

There is a Newbies Group there, which is for peope who are new to the Chaordic Institute
