I am an Environmental Biologist/Conservation Planner and Permaculture Designer.  I believe the challenges of sustainable development are best met through utilizing an integrated, holistic, and bioregional approach to land-planning. My permaculture design education and experience have imbued in me an acute awareness of the interrelatedness of the natural and human forces in shaping our environment, and the important (yet often overlooked) social and spiritual dimensions that impart that intangible "sense of placeā€ to a particular community.

Projects/work:  Assessing natural resources at properties in preparation for restorations, development of master plans, trail projects and conservation easements; preparing reports for clients and regulatory agencies; restoration project planning/implementation, coordination of volunteer efforts on restoration projects and providing education, writing grant proposals. Developing forest stewardship plans for property owners throughout the region.

Conduct Permaculture workshops/lectures; develop residential and schoolyard Permaculture designs; ecological restoration and agroforestry
