Natalia Gomez received her PDC in January 2007 in Trinidad/Tobago with Peter Bane.

She is focusing on Tropical Permaculture and spent the Summer of 2007, after attending IPC8, in St.Vincent & the Grenadines assisting in the development of a small Permaculture and Organic Food production project. She has just returned from attending the III Latin American Pc Convergence in Cuba, where 150 permies came together to share experiences and shape the path for permaculture in Latin America for the next two years. Currently she has launched a Ecological Design & Arts Center with her best friend on 120 acres in the mountains of the West Coast of Puerto Rico. We are excited to begin implementing our designs and soon be able to offer bilingual courses. Anyone interested in hosting a PDC or assisting in any way?? We need all the Permie help we can get!

Another one of Natalia's visions is to develop a Permaculture Sailboat in order to encourage those with few resources to travel to nearby PC sites and offer a 'new' way to connect the bioregion for seed exchange, cultural connections, education and much more...

Natalia Gomez recibio su PDC en Enero del 2007 con Peter Bane en Trinidad/Tobago.

El enfoque de Natalia es en Permacultura Tropical y en el verano del 2007, despues de asistir al IPC8, estuvo en San Vicente y las Grenadinas ayudando a desarollar un pequeño proyecto de Permacultura y produccion de comida organica. Este año Natalia fue parte de la III Convergencia de Pc Latino Americana, adonde 150 permacultor@s se juntaron a compartir sus experiencias y moldear el camino de permacultura en Latino America para los dos proximos años. En el momento esta lanzando un Centro de Arte y Diseño Ecologico con su mejor amiga en un terreno de 65 hectarias radicado en las montañas del occidente de Puerto Rico. Estamos entusiasmadas de poder implementar nuestros diseños y pronto ofrecer cursos bilingues y en español. Hay alguien que le interesa ayudar de cualquier manera?? Necesitamos toda la ayuda Permie que encontremos!!

 Otra vision de Natalia es poder crear un Velero Permaculturista. La idea es poder transportar a personas de bajos recursos a otros proyectos de PC en el area y ofrecer una 'nueva'  forma de  vincular la bioregion para intercambio de semillas,  enlazo cultural, educación, y mucho mas...
